Multipliers

A multiplier (a planetary gearbox) is a gear mechanism intended for transmission of torque force and increasing of the electric motor rotation speed up to rotation speed required by compressor.

DESIGN

CYLINDRICAL SINGLE-STAGE:

  • Transmitted power (kW): up to 375; 375-800; 800-1700, 1700-3550, 3550-7500; 7500-16000 (divided by a compressor base)
  • Driven shaft rotation speed (rpm): 2000-5300
  • Gear ratio: 1.25-5.4; 1.25-5.4; 1.25-5.4; 1.25-5.0; 1.25-5.0; 1.25-5.0 (divided by a type of compressor base)
