6VV Series of Rotary Screw Oil-injected Compressors

The rotary screw compressors are volumetric machines, horizontal, single-stage, oil-injected, driven by an electric motor via flexible coupling. The compressor includes a casing, primary and secondary rotors, radial thrust bearings and seals.

The basic models can be modified in accordance with the customer requirements.

DESIGN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

• Lubrication system: circulating, under pressure
• Unloading device for the thrust bearings
• Lubrication oil: TP-22s, KP 8s (for turbines); for the winter period - hydraulic spindle oil AU with additives
• Lubrication oil cooling: water or air coolers
• Automation system eliminates the constant presence of personnel and provides complete system control, basic parameters monitoring and emergency events protection
• Operation at ambient temperatures from -40 to + 40 °C
• Advantages in comparison with reciprocating compressors:
• Lower maintenance and repair cost
• Smaller dimensions
• Uniform air supply (no air receivers are necessary)
• Capacity control within 10 to 100 % range
