The rotary screw compressors are volumetric machines, horizontal, single-stage, oil-injected, driven by an electric motor via flexible coupling. The compressor includes a casing, primary and secondary rotors, radial thrust bearings and seals.
Oil, being constantly injected into a working cavity during the compression process, performs several functions: filling the gaps between the rotors and the casing; cooling the gas during compression; lubricating the rotors in place of contact.

The basic models can be modified in accordance with the customer requirements.

DESIGN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • Belt or a direct transmission from the electric motor
  • Noise-reduction enclosure providing noise level no more than 77-80 dBA
  • Microprocessor control system ensures reliable operation in the automatic mode and the necessary protection for safe operation. The compressor systems in intended  for continuous operation with automatic transfer into the "Idle" mode  (in the "Idle" mode the power consumption is  up to 40% of nominal)
  • Minimal footprint, easy installation in a convenient location, requiring no foundation
  • Easily opened  panels and wide openings allow convenient access to the serviceable parts and units
  • Compressed air cleaning system provides residual oil content less than 5.10 mg/m3. Applicable lubrication oil is KP-8s TP-22s  (other types shall be approved by Kazancompressormash)
