7GV-50/1.4-9

Rotary screw compressor realizes a scheme of volumetric compression. It is a horizontal, single-stage oil-filled machine driven by an electric motor via a flexible coupling. The compressor consists of a casing, driving and driven rotors, trust bearings, and mechanical seal. During the compression process the oil is constantly injected into the working space for several functions: filling the gaps between the rotors and the casing; cooling the gas during compression; lubricating the rotors in the contact spots.

The basic models can be modified in accordance with the customer requirements.

DESIGN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • Rotors with high performance profile and optimum teeth number ratio
  • Components (bearings, friction pair of seals, coarse and fine filters, separators, filters-coalescers, etc.) from the leading manufacturers
  • Availability of spool-type performance regulators
  • Separate lubrication of bearings, seals and oil injection system allows compression of corrosive gases
  • Low discharge temperature (below 110 °C) at high compression ratio (up to 15-17)
  • Low rotation speed (mostly 3000 rpm) provides less noise
  • Block-container version shortens commissioning works
