NIIturbocompressor and Research and Design Institute of Urea signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation

NIIturbocompressor and Research and Design Institute of Urea signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation between the two leading scientific organizations.

The signing took place within the framework of the "Nitrogen. Mineral Fertilizers-2026" International Conference, held on April 22-23, 2026 in Moscow with the participation of representatives of Kazancompressormash and NIIturbocompressor (part of the HMS Group).

The Memorandum marks the start of a strategic partnership aimed at the joint implementation of investment projects for the construction of new production facilities, as well as the modernization and retrofitting of existing ammonia and carbamide production facilities using exclusively Russian inventions. The partnership program is indended to improve the time required for the design and commissioning of facilities, reduce dependence on imported technologies and equipment, and increase the performance and pressure values developed by compressor equipment in existing production facilities as part of modernization projects.
